Once confirmed, you’ll receive full-day hire of our beautifully converted Horse Box Bar, complete with:

Two fully qualified and experienced bar staff
A Temporary Events Notice (TEN), allowing us to legally serve alcohol at your event
Setup, service, and pack-down included

DRY BAR
With our Dry Bar service, you supply the drinks – we bring the bar and the team.

Tipsy Gee Gee provides the fully equipped Horse Box Bar along with professional, friendly staff to serve your chosen refreshments. It's the perfect option if you’d like full control over your drink selection while still enjoying a seamless bar experience.

Minimum hire: 3 hours
Optional service: We can source and purchase alcohol on your behalf for a small additional fee.

CASH BAR

With our cash bar option, your guests simply pay for their drinks as they go – using cash or card.

Tipsy Gee Gee provides the fully stocked bar, complete with a wide selection of drinks and experienced bar staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout your event.

Minimum hire: 3 Hours

This is a hassle-free solution that allows you to offer a full bar experience without covering the cost of drinks yourself.

SUBSIDISED BAR

With our subsidised bar service, you set a pre-agreed amount to cover your guests' drinks. A tab is created up to your chosen limit, allowing guests to enjoy refreshments without charge until the limit is reached.

After the tab is used, the bar switches to a pay-as-you-go system, where guests can continue to purchase drinks via cash or card.

Minimum hire: 3 hours
Flexible spend limit: You choose the amount to suit your budget

OPEN BAR

Create an unforgettable experience with our Free Bar option – where your guests enjoy unlimited drinks with no charge to them.

Tipsy Gee Gee supplies a fully stocked bar and professional staff to serve a wide variety of beverages throughout your event. All drinks are hosted by you, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Minimum hire: 3 hours
Minimum spend: £1,000 (fully hosted)
Deposit required: £1,000 to secure your booking
Unlimited drinks for guests
Complete bar management including setup, service, and stock control

Perfect for weddings, milestone celebrations, and premium events where you want to provide the very best in hospitality.

Agreed minimum spend is determined by the amount of guests and the length of hire. Free travel within 20miles of BD13, 50p per mile charge thereafter.
